SHIPPING
Standard & Free Shipping
• Our shipping rates and estimated delivery time depends on the state. You can see more accurate information once you enter the address at the checkout.
• Sample orders are shipped within 3 working days, bulk production is shipped within 30 days
• • All orders with a physical address will be shipped with Lalamove, sf-express,DHL,Fob or FedEx..
• Orders destined to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses will be shipped with USPS only, and transit time may take longer. You can see more accurate times at the checkout.
DELIVERIES
MLY shall deliver the User’s order at the exact address provided by the User for such a purpose. MLY can only make the delivery at the exact address corresponding to the User’s domicile address or his/her place of work. Deliveries shall be made on business days, except for holidays.
MLY cannot deliver the order to different addresses or on different dates. Each delivery of each order conducted by the User shall constitute an independent remote purchase-sale agreement. If MLY fails to deliver the order on time or any of the deliveries appear to be incorrect, that is, it does not match the products chosen by the User within the platform, this shall not entitle the User to cancel the order.
In case the User provides a delivery wrong address, MLY is not responsible for orders that get lost due to the customer's providing an incorrect shipping address. If the mistake is reported on time, MLY will make everything possible to re-route the order to the correct address, which depends entirely on the currier. MLY will not be held liable if this isn't possible or the packages end up being delivered to the original address.

LEGALIZATION OF ORDERS
Once the payment has been confirmed, MLY shall send the User an email confirming the detailed information of the purchase and the order number. This email represents the order has been legalized and received, and that it is soon to be processed. The User shall later receive a notification email updating the order status and the shipping tracking number.
By completing the payment and purchase, the User accepts the product’s paid price. MLY will not be responsible for discount/coupon codes not applied by the User when placing the order. Once the purchase has been legalized, MLY will not modify the purchase amount/paid price nor later apply coupon/discount codes."
"RETURN POLICY
• All items on SALE or tagged as ""Final Sale"" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• All items must be returned in the original package, unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags.
• MLY reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned items have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.
• Currently we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for a refund.
• Shipping fees (both standard or express) are non-refundable.
• All returns shipped to our warehouse will be refunded within 4-7 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
• All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method. MLY may agree to refund you to a PayPal account, in case the original payment method is no longer available.
• Items purchased in physical stores, can't be returned online. Items purchased online can't be returned in physical stores.
• MLY reserves the right to accept returned items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. If an item is not in a good condition and the customer did not report any issues when receiving it, the item will not be accepted nor refunded, and it will be returned back to the customer. Returning the item back to the customer means shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund. The customer will be notified in case they rather refuse and not receive back the item to not incur in this extra fee.
WARRANTIES
• MLY guarantees the product's quality up to 90 days after you received the order.
• claim related to a product guarantee for an item purchased on this website. Our team will contact you via email with further instructions and a pre-paid return label.
• Once your damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your order and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund.
• Any warranty claim must be analyzed by the area in charge, which will determine the origin or not of a quality issue (after analyzing the property object of the claim). An answer will be given within the next fifteen (15) business days.
• You may request a replacement or refund if the item(s) present any of the following criteria of non-conformity in quality:
Non-conformity in the stamping:
● Bad stamping.
● Moved or overlaid print.
● Stamping with voids.
● Print with spots.
Non-conformity in the confection:
● Broken or perforations.
● Loose seams.
● Collected seams.
● Elastic without adjustment.
● Elastic gathered.
● Measurements that do not fit the size.
● Threads busted.
● Defective snaps or zippers.
● Seamless seams.
Non-conformity on the fabric:
● Motes.
● Color migration.
● Solid fabric.
● Burst fibers.
For all other cases, and after determining the origin of the warranty service, the product will be addressed through repair. MLY will assume the shipping costs for exchanging through warranty. The term of availability of spare parts, products, supplies, and trained labor in case of repair request will be 30 days from the purchase date. The costs associated with a repair - not covered by warranty - will be borne by the customer.
After 90 days, we can, but are not required to, attempt to assist with repairs, including providing a replacement for some parts such as lost buttons, zippers, snaps, and laces, to the extent that these repair services are subject to the analysis of each case by the area in charge. However, we will not provide a product replacement or refund after 90 days.
REFUND POLICY
Applies only to purchases made through this website https://www.mlybikini.com/ All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method. ML may agree to refund you to a PayPal account in case the original payment method is no longer available. Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
• Returned items: Up to 7 business days after the product is received by Agua Bendita.
• Warranty - Defective items: Up to 7 business days after the product is received by Agua Bendita, when the customer request a refund.
• Unavailable inventory: Up to 7 business days after the order was placed. The customer will be notified and refunded as soon as possible.
• Cancelled orders: Up to 7 business days after the customer requested the cancellation. *Subject to the order's internal status.
• Incomplete order shipped: Up to 7 business days after the customer informed us about the issue; when the customer request a refund.
Please note that for return cases shipping fees (both standard or express) are non-refundable.
